EAG partners hold admitted membership in leading workplace development associations, including the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.   Active participation in these important organizations enables the group to remain on the cutting edge of science and applied practice for evaluating and administering assessments for employee selection and development.

American Psychological Association (APA)

APA is the leading scientific and professional organization representing psychology in the United States, with more than 115,700 researchers, educators, clinicians, consultants and students as its members.  Members are carefully screened and selected based on high professional and academic standards.

Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP)

SIOP is the leading professional association committed to the scientific study of the workplace. The knowledge base and scientific methods of psychology are applied to issues of critical relevance to business, including talent management, coaching, assessment, selection, training, organizational development, motivation, leadership, and performance.  Members undergo a rigorous selection process and only gain admittance after successful demonstration of both academic and practical expertise in the field.

Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD)

AHRD was founded on May 7, 1993, to encourage the systematic study of Human Resource Development (HRD) theories, processes, and practices; to disseminate information about HRD; to encourage the application of HRD research findings; and to provide opportunities for social interaction among individuals with scholarly and professional interests in HRD from multiple disciplines and from across the globe. This remains the mission today. The organization’s vision is “Leading Human Resource Development through Research.”

American Educational Research Association (AERA)

AERA’s more than 25,000 members are faculty, researchers, graduate students, and other distinguished professionals with rich and diverse expertise in education research. They work in a range of settings from universities and other academic institutions to research institutes, federal and state agencies, school systems, testing companies, and nonprofit organizations. Based on their research, they produce and disseminate knowledge, refine methods and measures, and stimulate translation and practical application of research results.

Association for Talent Development

The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is a professional membership organization supporting those who develop the knowledge and skills of employees in organizations around the world. The association was previously known as the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD).

Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the world’s largest HR professional society, representing 285,000 members in more than 165 countries.

For nearly seven decades, the Society has been the leading provider of resources serving the needs of HR professionals and advancing the practice of human resource management. SHRM has more than 575 affiliated chapters within the United States and subsidiary offices in China, India and United Arab Emirates.
