Dr. Bo Boylan

Dr. Boylan has conducted extensive research on the evaluation and use of psychometric assessment instruments in employee selection and development applications.

He brings over 15 years of practical consulting expertise on topics ranging from strategy, to organizational revenue quality, to the use of assessment instruments for employee selection and development. 

An admitted member to both the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), Dr. Boylan earned his undergraduate degree in business from Virginia Tech, his MBA from Wake Forest University, and his Doctorate from North Carolina State University.

Dr. Michelle Bartlett - Partner

Dr. Michelle Bartlett

Dr. Bartlett is an acknowledged leader in assessment and evaluation, in particular, evaluating organizational and individual needs to improve workplace performance. 

Additionally, she translates evaluation results into high impact development interventions with a wide range of organizational clients including United State Army Special Forces units based at Fort Bragg, NC. 

A prolific speaker and author on a range of topics related to human resource development, Dr. Bartlett holds an undergraduate degree from American Intercontinental University, a Masters of Science in HRD from the University of Louisville, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Clemson University.

Dr. James Bartlett

Dr. Bartlett is an accomplished expert in quantitative analysis, using data to solve real human resource management and development client challenges.

This includes the identification and application of appropriate assessment instruments in employee selection and development applications.

With over 30 peer reviewed journal articles in print, Dr. Bartlett earned his Bachelors of Science, and Masters of Science in Business Education and Business and Information Technology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his PH.D. in HRD and Workforce Development from Louisiana State University.

Dr. Darren Masier

Dr. Masier is a seasoned corporate professional with over 20 years of full-cycle executive recruiting experience in multiple lines of business.

He leverages his formidable expertise in recruiting by assisting clients with the appropriate use of assessment instruments in the employee selection process.  Additionally, he develops and facilitates large-scale workshops on a variety of topics related to HRD. 

Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Masier earned his undergraduate degree in Spanish from Purdue University and his Masters of Science and Doctorate in HRD from North Carolina State University.

Dr. Hale teaches advanced mathematics at Limestone College in South Carolina.

A lifelong mathematics instructor at both the high school and college level, he leverages his considerable expertise in quantitative analysis and evaluation by conceptualizing and developing data driven solutions to HRD challenges. 

Dr. Hale earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from James Madison University, his Masters of Arts in Mathematics from Appalachian State University, and his Doctorate from North Carolina State University.

Dr. Pam Howze

Dr. Pam Howze brings over 30 years of workforce development experience and expertise to her consulting and facilitation engagements.

Her specialties include expert facilitation of the MBTI® suite of performance assessments, building sustainable skilled employee pipelines, Train the Trainer programs, and leadership development at the supervisory and team leader level.

A nationally recognized leader in the conceptualization, development, implementation and management of industrial apprenticeship programs, she earned a BS degree from Western Carolina University, an MS from Troy State University and a Doctorate from North Carolina State University.

Mike Beauchamp - Partner

Michael Beauchamp

Mr. Beauchamp has broad international experience at the highest level, including the establishment and early leadership of Moody’s Investor Services offices in Japan.

His breadth of experience includes assignments in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. 

He leverages his expertise by assisting clients in the often complicated world of global human resource development.  Mr. Beauchamp earned his undergraduate degree in Business from Brigham Young University and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
